Ever sat down to work and thought, "Why am I even here? Why am I doing this job? What's the point of any of this?" We talked about this BIG important question on this week's podcast episode.
And have no fear, you are definitely not the only one who has these questions.

These questions can haunt you during tough times when you're just wondering why bother with any of it. But, Why is also the BEST questions to ask. If you yourself WHY before you even get started, the answer can help you figure out who you are, what you want, and what your overall purpose is.
Starting with "why" is tricky. Most of us jump into this business for some simple reason, like hearing it pays well and has a flexible schedule. Or maybe a friend said you'd be great at it because you're outgoing and good with people.
Knowing WHY you're doing something can help you power through the rough days. Like when a client is upset, you didn't get that listing, an offer fell through, or you're just dragging because you didn't sleep well last night.
But it's tough to dig deep and find the real reason behind what we do. So, here are some resources to help you learn more about yourself and get closer to your "why." Because at the end of the day, we want to know we're working on what matters most to us, and the only way to know if we're focusing on the right things is to understand why we're doing it all in the first place.
