As a graduate of the University of Central Florida and the Art Institute of Pittsburgh Kathryn has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, a degree in Residential Planning, holds designations in home staging and short sales, and earned the extensive Graduate Realtor Institute Designation (GRI).

With almost 15 years as a Realtor she has both the knowledge and expertise in Marketing, Systems, & Branding. She is an expert in dealing with and navigating through the day to day frustrations felt by all Realtors that seek to be the best in their field.  Her background and passion for real estate & the technology required to succeed has made her a “Standout Realtor” in Orlando, FL.

Kathryn holds a position on the Communications Committee for the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, and is the Technology Chairperson for the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) at Keller Williams Realty at the Parks.  She is a Member of National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Orlando Regional Realtor Association, and US Green Chamber. Kathryn is also the President of Orlando’s KWYP has been named as one of Orlando’s 20 under 40 by the Young Professional Network Orlando Regional Realtor Association. She has been named as one of Orlando Magazine’s “Hot 100” and named one of the “10 Best Realtors” in Orlando by the Home Service Club.
